Some of the celebrations are

Birthday Celebration

Employees birthday are celebrated with lot of fun and such
birthdays are flashed in intra group mail to intimate the colleagues.

Udaan Celebration

Every year 1st Saturday of January is the day for UDAAN
celebrations wherein all employees, will participate and exhibit their talents Viz. solo song, group song, solo dance, group dance, skit, mime etc. One of the specialty is sumptuous meal which your taste bud will never forget !

Cultural Celebration

New Year, Pongal, Onam, Mahaveer Jayanthi are celebrated in
grand manner with fullest participation of employees.

      We have Goal based performance management system in place. The objective of KRA measurements are as follows,

        • To make GTGI a preferred destination for teachers and
          administration employees.
        • To create a performance driven culture
        • To reward and recognize the extraordinary performance

Every employee likes to acquire new skills and learnings while at job. Thus, Employee development is essential for extracting the best out of employees. We recognize this fact and drawn out a training calendar with sole objective of people development

Continuous Learning is a culture and way of life at GTGI


It is innate desire of every individual to be recognized for his / her efforts towards the growth of the organization. In this context GTGI decided to introduce criteria for this award from November 2016 onwards.

The different categories of award are like Best Teacher in Kinder garden; Primary; Middle school, Best HOD, Special award – to which tenure will not be considered, and Best teachers worked towards Board exam results (X & XII).

We have fair process to identify and shortlist best employees every year. This is also an initiative towards reinforce performance culture.


We have an exclusive program called CONNECT. It’s a fun
filled activity, which nourishes employee Creativity, talents and fun elements.

Once in 3 months, the CONNECT is being conducted by
HR dept. This helped us to realize, we have lot of Shakespeare’s and Vairamuthu living and working among us.

It doesn’t stop there, we we also choose Winners after every event & competitions. Every year to enhance the fun quotient, we go for picnic at exotic places
